It focuses on the risk of catching toxo from your cat and only lends a passing mention to washing fruit and veg...general opionion is that you're much more likely to get it from unwashed fruit/veg. Cats only shed the oocysts for 1-2 weeks - so that's the only time you're at risk. Of course its impossible to tell when that might be, so caution is smart for pregnant women but MUCH more attention should be paid to the cleansing of foodstuffs rather than your poor cat.
